Yoga Therapy Training
As yoga therapy becomes more widespread, there is an increasing demand for trained yoga therapists. Most yoga therapy training falls into one of two categories: Generalized and specialized. Generalized training programs seek to give a broad yoga therapy training, enabling yoga therapists to apply yoga therapy to a wide range of specific conditions. Specialized forms of yoga therapy certification focus on training yoga teachers to deal with one specific condition, such as yoga for depression, yoga for ms, or yoga for back pain.
